As a leadership coach I can help you to improve your communication and managerial skills in the office. I consult both one-on-one, and with small groups.  

A team of colleagues in the office has much in common with a family system: hierarchical positions; expectations both spoken and assumed; defined roles; often stressful interpersonal dynamics; shared visions and long hours together.

In my training sessions you will learn ways to lead with confidence, defuse power-struggles, foster more cohesive team-work; and establish healthy patterns of communication.
